Realtor Cindy Wood has been living in San Diego and enjoying it for more than 30 years. She raised three children in the Poway/Rancho Penasquitos area and appreciates the family-friendly atmosphere. Cindy is originally from the midwest, growing up in Kansas City where she developed an acute taste for good BBQ and good jazz. But she is very attached now to the California lifestyle, with the near pe

She did get used to the prolific use of the word "dude" and has now learned that "sick" is a good thing, not bad and "chill" has nothing to do with the weather. She received her Bachelors Degree from the University of Missouri, but also has some Jayhawk blood, courtesy of osmosis-dad and brother went to K.U. After coming to the west coast, Cindy studied web and multimedia design at UCSD and got an A.A. She had a 20+ year career in broadcasting--mostly in radio, some television, as an on-air traffic/news reporter. Along the way, she learned how to be tenacious, work under pressure and meet deadlines. She carried all of these skills to her real estate career. Cindy lives along the north county coastline and knows the area well, but has had clients all over San Diego County from San Marcos in the north county inland area to Santee in the east county, thanks in part to greatly appreciated referrals. Cindy is dedicated to her clients and has been described as diligent and thorough. She will be with you from the beginning-- with house hunting or preparing your home for sale--through the sometimes confusing escrow process--right to the end with the close of escrow and beyond. When the deal is officially done, her favorite moment is when she gets to call you and say, "You just bought a house!" She places high value on customer satisfaction and hopes to keep her clients as life long friends. Since 2002, Cindy has been a residential real estate sales agent with Prudential CA Realty (PCR), one of the top five brokerages in the nation.
