Report: Secret Service Ordered Immediate Destruction of Co***ne Found In Biden White House
Two years after the U.S. Secret Service discovered a bag of co***ne in the White House in July 2023, newly released documents revealing that the substance was ordered destroyed within 24 hours of the case being closed are raising fresh concerns about the thoroughness of the investigation.

A U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration document titled “Destruction” confirms that the bag of co***ne found at the White House was transferred to the Metropolitan Police Department for incineration, RealClearPolitics reported. The document, obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request, does not include a specific destruction date.

However, internal Secret Service records indicate the substance was tested by the Secret Service, D.C. Fire Department hazmat technicians, and the FBI before being returned to Secret Service custody for storage on July 12. Just two days later, it was handed over to D.C. police for destruction. The Secret Service officially closed the co***ne investigation 11 days after the substance was discovered, the report said.

The destruction of narcotics evidence must follow strict environmental and safety guidelines, and the D.C. police department operates an Environmental Protection Agency-approved incinerator frequently used by federal agencies to dispose of narcotics not tied to active legal proceedings.

However, D.C. police referred all inquiries regarding the apparent destruction of the White House co***ne to the FBI. Notably, there is no recorded date or official entry confirming when the substance was actually destroyed, said the report.

Early last week, FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino announced the reopening of three high-profile investigations: the discovery of co***ne in the White House, the leak of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision overturning Roe v. Wade, and the pipe bomb found at the Democratic National Committee headquarters on January 6, 2021.

Bongino reaffirmed his commitment to pursuing answers in all three cases during a Wednesday night interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity.

“Well, I get a kick out of it on social media,” Bongino, himself a former Secret Service agent, said. “People say, ‘This case isn’t a big deal. I don’t care.’ Well, I care. … You don’t care that a [potentially] hazardous substance made its way into the White House? We didn’t know what it was, and we don’t seem to have answers? Well, we’re going to get them. I’ve got a great team on it.”

Although the bag of co***ne discovered in the White House appears to have been destroyed, internal Secret Service records reveal that a second piece of evidence—an envelope containing three tubes of DNA collected by the FBI from the plastic bag—was retained and stored by the agency. It remains unclear how much DNA material the tubes contain.

The Secret Service has maintained its position that the FBI found the DNA evidence to be insufficient for developing any investigative leads.

After the Secret Service closed its investigation into who left co***ne in the White House on July 13, the agency issued a statement explaining its decision. Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi claimed that surveillance footage didn’t provide any “investigative leads or any other means for investigators to identify who may have deposited” the co***ne in the White House. He added that FBI lab results “did not develop latent fingerprints and insufficient evidence was present for investigative comparisons.”

However, neither the FBI nor the Secret Service has publicly released the FBI’s lab results. According to DNA experts, the only definitive way to determine whether there was enough DNA on the bag to run comparisons against national and state criminal databases would be to retest the evidence—an option no longer available if the bag has been destroyed, RealClearPolitics noted.

Sources also told the outlet that surveillance video “clearly shows” White House staffers and visitors who came through the West Wing entrance, where Secret Service says the co***ne was found.

But the agency “never interviewed that group of individuals, citing the FBI’s alleged inability to find sufficient DNA evidence to link the co***ne to anyone,” the report said.

Liz Cheney Could Be In Trouble After Biden’s Autopen Use: Report

President Donald Trump has been sounding off after it’s been revealed that former President Joe Biden used his autopen to sign several executive orders and pardons.

Given that Biden’s mental health was getting worse in the last year of his presidency, Trump is questioning the signatures and whether they are valid.

“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen. In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them! The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden. He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime,” Trump posted on Truth Social.

“Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level. The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!” Trump added.

As noted by Townhall’s Katie Pavlich, “No word yet from those who Biden pardoned, like Liz Cheney, Hunter Biden, Dr. Fauci, General Mark Milley and others, about whether the pardons will stand up in court.”

Sen Eric Schmitt (R-MO) took action on Thursday to uncover what he called one of the most damning scandals in U.S. history—demanding access to sealed Biden autopen records after former Biden official Neera Tanden admitted she was in control of it for over a year and a half.

Tanden, who served as Director of the White House Domestic Policy Council, gave closed-door testimony to the House Oversight Committee on Tuesday. Under oath, she admitted that she was the one authorized to use Joe Biden’s autopen from October 2021 until May 2023.

Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) recently named five Biden aides as central players in what appears to be a coordinated effort to hide the president’s mental decline, and the autopen is at the center of it.

Tanden testified that not only was she authorized to use the autopen, but she could also direct its use. She denied any wrongdoing but admitted something jaw-dropping: she used the autopen without direct confirmation from Biden himself, The Washington Examiner reported.

In other words, Tanden seemed to say she was signing official actions in Biden’s name without verifying if he had approved them.

But Schmitt isn’t buying it.

“I just took a first-of-its-kind act on the Biden autopen coverup,” he announced. “Using my authority as Chairman of the Subcommittee on the Constitution, I have submitted a ‘special access request’ to Archivist Marco Rubio to obtain sealed documents. It may blow this whole thing open,” he said on X.

“I previewed this action this morning. The Biden mental decline coverup was one of the most damning scandals in U.S. history,” Schmitt continued. “A key priority of mine is to make sure that something like this will never happen again. The only way to do that is to figure out what went wrong and who was running the country. With the requested documents, the subcommittee can begin work on crafting a solution.”

He explained the legal authority behind his move: “The ‘special access request’ is a provision of the Presidential Records Act that authorizes a congressional subcommittee to obtain past presidential records necessary for the conduct of its business, even if those records are not yet available to the general public.”

“Given Biden’s profound mental decline, there are serious questions about the validity of orders signed by autopen in his name,” Schmitt said. “Accordingly, I have requested for the subcommittee access to all Biden White House memoranda concerning autopen procedures and authorization.”

Appeals Court Upholds Medicaid Funding Cut For Planned Parenthood A federal appeals court ruled Friday that a provision of President Donald Trump’s signature tax and domestic policy law cutting Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood entities that perform abortions does not constitute unconstitutional punishment.

The Boston based 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a preliminary injunction issued in July by U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani, who had found the law likely violated the Constitution by targeting Planned Parenthood health centers, Reuters reported.

The appeals court allowed the provision to take effect in September while it reviewed the Trump administration’s appeal of Talwani’s ruling.

Planned Parenthood has said at least 20 health centers have closed since Trump signed the measure into law in July.

Talwani has since blocked enforcement of the law in a separate case brought by 22 Democratic led states and the District of Columbia, though the appeals court temporarily stayed that ruling while it considers whether to lift the injunction.

Alexis McGill Johnson, president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, said Friday’s decision allows the administration to restrict access to care.
“This ruling enables the Trump administration’s attempts to block access to care for patients most in need and force Planned Parenthood health centers to the financial brink,” Johnson said in a statement.

The dispute centers on a provision of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, passed by the Republican led Congress, that bars Medicaid funding for nonprofit organizations that provide family planning services if they perform abortions and received more than $800,000 in Medicaid funds during the 2023 fiscal year.

In July, Talwani ruled that the provision amounted to a bill of attainder designed to punish Planned Parenthood for providing abortion services.

A bill of attainder is a legislative act prohibited by the Constitution that imposes punishment on a person or group without a judicial trial.

U.S. Circuit Judge Gustavo Gelpi, writing for a three judge panel appointed by former President Joe Biden, rejected that conclusion.

“The law simply does not impose ‘punishment’ as the term has been historically understood,” Gelpi wrote.

“It instead uses Congress’ taxing and spending power to put appellees to a difficult choice: give up federal Medicaid funds and continue to provide abortion services or continue receiving such funds by abandoning the provision of abortion services,” he added.

The Trump administration argued on appeal that Congress acted lawfully in restricting Medicaid funding for abortion providers following the Supreme Court’s 2022 decision overturning the nationwide right to abortion.

Talwani had also ruled that the law burdened the First Amendment rights of some Planned Parenthood affiliates that do not provide abortions by limiting their ability to associate with the broader organization.

The appeals court overturned that holding as well, narrowly interpreting the law to apply only to affiliates operating under common corporate control with organizations that perform abortions.

Tim Walz’s Daughter Sparks Backlash with Christmas Wishes for Illegal Aliens Hope Walz, daughter of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D), is under fire after posting a Christmas Day TikTok video wishing illegal immigrants “terrorized” by federal agents a Merry Christmas — as Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) conducted operations targeting Somali communities across the Twin Cities.

“I just wanted to say Merry Christmas to all,” Walz said in the clip. “Today, I’m holding our neighbors that ICE has been terrorizing near and dear to my heart and sending them all the love and light, as well as all the unhoused folks… just anybody that may be struggling right now I’m holding very close to me.”

The 20-something political activist concluded, “This year has been a tough one for all of us.”

Critics blasted the message as tone-deaf and emblematic of the governor’s permissive approach to illegal immigration. “Not a word about the victims of illegal alien crime,” one commentator wrote. “She’s defending lawbreakers while ignoring the Americans who’ve paid the price.”

ICE confirmed that agents carried out operations in Minnesota on Christmas Day as part of ongoing investigations into immigration fraud networks tied to Somali communities in the Minneapolis area — including Little Somalia, a heavily subsidized district that has become a focal point for both welfare fraud and terror finance probes.

The controversy surrounding Hope Walz’s comments comes amid a new wave of scrutiny over rampant daycare fraud under her father’s administration.

A viral video posted this week by independent journalist Nick Shirley showed the Quality Learning Center in Minneapolis — a child-care facility licensed for up to 99 children — appearing nearly empty. “There’s no one here,” Shirley says in the footage, panning across a deserted parking lot. Moments later, a woman inside the building can be heard yelling, “Don’t open up. It’s ICE!”

“Go away. You’re not welcome here. Shame on you,” the woman added, before retreating inside.

Shirley noted the center had received nearly $2 million in taxpayer funds and mocked the business for misspelling “learning” on its sign. “Are you in favor of $1.9 million going illegally or fraudulently to a daycare that can’t even spell its own name?” he asked viewers.

Federal and state records show the daycare has received at least $7.8 million in federal subsidies since 2019 despite accumulating 95 state violations, including missing child records, unsupervised hazards, and failures to maintain staffing logs.

House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN) publicly blasted Governor Walz following the video’s release. “Four million dollars of hard-earned tax dollars going to an education center that can’t even spell ‘learning’ correctly,” Emmer said. “Care to explain this one, Tim Walz?”

The daycare’s apparent inactivity — coupled with widespread welfare fraud allegations tied to Minnesota’s Somali-run nonprofits — has renewed attention on what some lawmakers are calling the largest fraud scandal in state history, with estimates exceeding $9 billion in misused federal and state funds.

Investigators have alleged that some of the illicit money was funneled through fake daycare and meal service programs and eventually routed to terror-linked organizations, including Al-Shabaab, an Islamist militant group operating in East Africa.

Shirley, who has been independently investigating Minnesota’s welfare network, claimed that in a single day of fieldwork, his team documented over $110 million in suspicious operations across multiple “ghost facilities.”

Trump Takes Michelle Obama to the Woodshed After She Complains About His Ballroom NEWS
Trump Takes Michelle Obama to the Woodshed After She Complains About His Ballroom
December 29, 2025 - by cheaunratana

For reasons only she knows, former First Lady Michelle Obama has been on an extended pity tour lately — a nonstop whinefest where she laments her supposedly “terrible” life as a multi-millionaire celebrity. She’s spent months complaining about how unfairly the media treated her, which is laughable considering the press practically worshipped her for eight straight years. The truth is, Michelle Obama isn’t a victim — she’s a bitter, entitled elitist who’s never once been held to the same standard as everyone else.

In one of her latest tirades, Michelle Obama took aim at President Trump’s proposal to personally fund a new White House ballroom — a project that would serve the nation for generations. The horror, right? Like so many Democrats clutching their pearls over any change to the “People’s House,” she conveniently ignores the fact that the East Wing is dated and has been renovated countless times by presidents of both parties.

But Trump, being Trump, didn’t let that nonsense slide. He fired right back, unapologetically and directly — exactly the way his supporters have come to expect and love.

Perhaps the president should continue to force guests to stand in the mud when they’re at a White House event:

“The East Wing is being spent by private donors. It’s a $250, $300 million building. It’s going to be the most beautiful anywhere in the world,” he said Monday.

“They had an event [at the White House] the other day. With tables, they could hold 79 people. Now, if you have President Xi from China, or if you have some big state event, we have no place to have it. You know what they did? …They will put a tent on the lawn. It was a low section because that’s the only section you have… If it rained, you were sitting in six inches of water. It was a disaster.”

The liberal tears are flooding the zone. Here’s a former “Policy Director” from Michelle’s First Lady days:

Cry harder, Krish.

Seriously, what exactly are we supposed to be celebrating here? Did Michelle Obama leave behind some great policy legacy from the East Wing that everyone somehow forgot about? Because I sure don’t recall it. What most Americans do remember is her infamous line: “For the first time in my adult life, I am proud of my country because it feels like hope is finally making a comeback.” Sorry, Michelle — you’re never living that one down.

And that’s really the Obamas’ legacy in a nutshell. Once sold to the country as symbols of unity and optimism, they’ve proven to be anything but. Barack and Michelle have become bitter, entitled, and perpetually aggrieved — the very embodiment of grievance politics. Even some conservatives once hoped Barack might bridge divides. Instead, we got two self-righteous elites who seem more interested in lecturing and dividing than leading and inspiring.

Trump Administration Sees Key Departures in Africa Diplomacy and Military Leadership

The Trump administration is facing notable leadership changes across both its diplomatic and military ranks, signaling potential shifts in U.S. foreign policy priorities.

President Donald Trump’s top diplomat overseeing African affairs, Ambassador Troy Fitrell, is set to retire from the State Department next month. Fitrell currently serves as the Senior Bureau Official for the State Department’s Bureau of African Affairs, a role he has held while the Senate-confirmed assistant secretary position remains vacant.

In a statement, a State Department spokesperson praised Fitrell’s long service, confirming that Jonathan Pratt, the bureau’s principal deputy assistant secretary, will assume the senior role following Fitrell’s departure.

Fitrell concludes a diplomatic career spanning more than three decades. A seasoned foreign service officer, he previously served as U.S. ambassador to Guinea and held senior posts across the continent, including director of the Offices of Western and Southern African Affairs. He also served as deputy chief of mission at U.S. embassies in Ethiopia and Mauritius.

In recent remarks, Fitrell emphasized a strategic shift under the Trump administration, noting that U.S. policy toward Africa is moving away from a development-assistance-focused model toward one centered on stronger commercial and economic engagement.

His successor, Jonathan Pratt, brings extensive regional experience of his own. Pratt served as U.S. ambassador to Djibouti from 2021 to 2023 and has held diplomatic assignments in Pakistan, Sudan, and Angola.

Fitrell’s departure follows another high-profile exit from the administration—this time from the military.

Adm. Alvin Holsey, the commander of U.S. Southern Command, has announced his resignation less than a year into what is typically a three-year term. His departure comes amid an aggressive expansion of U.S. military operations in the Caribbean, where the Pentagon has deployed roughly 10,000 troops as part of what it describes as a major counterdrug and counterterrorism effort.

Holsey, a 37-year military veteran, oversaw U.S. operations across Central and South America and was responsible for intensified actions against vessels the administration claims are involved in drug trafficking. Despite the scale of the operation—one of the largest of his career—the reason for his abrupt resignation has not been publicly explained.

According to one current and one former U.S. official, both speaking anonymously, the admiral had raised concerns about the mission and the use of force against suspected drug-smuggling vessels. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, however, denied any internal conflict in his public remarks, thanking Holsey for his decades of service and confirming his retirement at the end of the year.

Some Pentagon officials indicated that policy disagreements related to Venezuela may have played a role. Reports suggest that Holsey was uneasy with aspects of the administration’s approach, which were not fully aligned with his views.

His departure follows reporting that the Trump administration quietly authorized the CIA to conduct covert operations in Venezuela. Trump has since confirmed approving those actions and suggested that the United States is considering potential military strikes inside Venezuelan territory.

These developments come as U.S. military planners evaluate options for further escalation, including direct action within Venezuela. The administration has defended its aggressive posture by framing operations against drug trafficking networks as acts of national self-defense, citing rising overdose deaths in the United States.

The U.S. military presence in the Caribbean has grown significantly. Approximately 10,000 U.S. troops are deployed in the region, primarily stationed in Puerto Rico, alongside 2,200 Marines aboard amphibious assault ships. The Navy has also positioned eight warships and one submarine in Caribbean waters.

Together, the departures of senior diplomatic and military leaders underscore internal tensions and evolving strategies as the Trump administration recalibrates its approach to global engagement, security, and regional influence.

Trump Files Major Appeal, Claims New York Prosecution Was Politically Motivated

Former President Donald Trump has filed a sweeping appeal seeking to overturn his New York conviction, accusing Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg of waging a politically driven prosecution rather than pursuing justice.

Trump’s legal team called the case “the most politically charged prosecution in modern American history,” arguing the trial violated constitutional protections and relied on legal theories questioned by experts across the political spectrum.

The case centered on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records tied to payments made years before Trump became president. His lawyers argue the charges stretched the law beyond its intended limits, particularly by linking the records to a vague, never-defined secondary crime.

In the filing, Trump’s attorneys labeled Bragg’s strategy “Radical Democrat Lawfare,” urging the court to dismiss the case outright. They also cited the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on presidential immunity, saying it further undermines the prosecution.

The appeal criticizes trial rulings and jury instructions, claiming they created an unfair environment and failed to meet constitutional standards. Supporters say the case reflects selective prosecution that threatens public trust in the justice system.

Bragg’s office has stood by the conviction, insisting the case was lawful and evidence-based. His supporters argue the verdict proves no one is above the law, including a former president.

The appeal—reportedly nearing 100 pages—now moves to appellate judges, with a decision expected months from now. As Trump remains a central political figure, the outcome could shape how far prosecutors can go when applying aggressive legal theories to public officials.

One thing is clear: the legal fight is far from over, and its impact will reach well beyond New York.

New Records Raise Questions After Secret Service Destroyed Co***ne Found in Biden White House

Newly released government documents are renewing scrutiny of the Secret Service’s handling of the co***ne discovered inside the White House in July 2023—after revealing the evidence was ordered destroyed shortly after the case was closed.

Records obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request show the co***ne was transferred to the Metropolitan Police Department for incineration, according to RealClearPolitics. A Drug Enforcement Administration document confirms the transfer but does not specify when the substance was actually destroyed.

Internal Secret Service logs indicate the co***ne was tested by multiple agencies, including the FBI and D.C. Fire Department hazmat teams, before being returned to Secret Service custody on July 12. Just two days later, it was handed over to D.C. police for destruction. The investigation itself was closed only 11 days after the drugs were found.

While MPD operates an EPA-approved incinerator commonly used to dispose of narcotics no longer tied to active cases, officials have not produced a clear record confirming the destruction date. MPD has referred all questions on the matter to the FBI.

The issue gained new attention last week when FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino announced the reopening of the White House co***ne investigation, along with probes into the Supreme Court’s Dobbs leak and the January 6 pipe bomb outside the DNC.

“You don’t care that a potentially hazardous substance made its way into the White House and we still don’t have answers?” Bongino said on Fox News. “We’re going to get them.”

Although the co***ne itself appears to be gone, Secret Service records show that DNA samples collected from the plastic bag were preserved. The agency has maintained that the FBI found the DNA insufficient to identify a suspect, though lab results have never been made public.

Sources also told RealClearPolitics that surveillance footage shows White House staff and visitors entering through the West Wing area where the co***ne was found. Despite this, no interviews were conducted, the report said.

With the FBI now reopening the case, questions remain about whether critical evidence was destroyed too quickly—and whether that decision permanently limited the ability to identify who brought co***ne into the White House.

Trump Files Major Appeal in New York Case, Alleging Political Prosecution

Former President Donald Trump has filed a major appeal seeking to overturn his New York conviction, arguing that the case brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg was politically motivated rather than a fair application of the law. The appeal marks a significant escalation in Trump’s legal fight and carries broad political and legal implications.

Trump’s legal team describes the prosecution as “the most politically charged case in modern American history,” claiming it violated constitutional protections and relied on questionable legal theories. The original case involved 34 felony counts of falsifying business records related to payments made years before Trump became president. His attorneys argue prosecutors improperly stretched the law by linking those records to a vague, undefined secondary crime—an approach that raised concerns among some legal analysts across the political spectrum.

The appeal also challenges the conduct of the trial itself, accusing the judge of issuing unclear jury instructions and making evidentiary rulings that undermined fairness and due process. Trump’s lawyers cite state and federal precedents and reference the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on presidential immunity as additional grounds for dismissal.

Supporters of Trump say the appeal is necessary to combat what they view as selective prosecution and the politicization of the justice system. Several Republican lawmakers echoed this view, noting that nondisclosure agreements and settlements are common business practices and not typically criminal offenses.

District Attorney Alvin Bragg has firmly defended the case, stating that the prosecution followed the law and that the evidence supported the conviction. His supporters argue that the case demonstrates accountability and reinforces the principle that no one is above the law.

Now entering the appellate phase, the case is expected to take months to resolve. Legal experts are closely watching the outcome, which could influence how prosecutors pursue high-profile figures in the future and further shape the national debate over the intersection of law, politics, and public trust in the justice system.
