Escrow closed March 1 🎉I’m so excited my VA buyers 🇺🇸will be moving into this lovely home soon. Can you believe this was the first home we put an offer in on and their offer was accepted?! This was even an iBuyer home which was purchased just to be resold. For those of you who have read up on these iBuyer situations, they can be a tremendous headache and not an easy task to accomplish to say the least. Teamwork means your mortgage broker and your transaction coordinator know how to keep things together and timely. I stay in constant communication with my clients, my team and the seller’s team to successfully close on a home. Now we can celebrate wonderful new beginnings - A new home to make great memories in!

365 days later ☺️🐕Today is Luna’s “gotcha day” 1 year anniversary 🎉 She went from 11 lbs to about 56 lbs. She’s actually smaller than we imagined she’d be and we’re thankful for that ☺️ She still acts like a toddler/teenager at times, but she’s also fun to take with us almost everywhere we go and does great in her training time. So happy we adopted her! Love you Luna Mei 🌹

Thankful to be a part of this incredible team of real estate professionals. Our client appreciation party was so special and truly enjoyed by everyone that came. Guests had their holiday photos taken and also went home with a huge pumpkin pie 🥧 Can’t wait to see what 2022 has in store for Billie Bourgeois and Associates!

This is a favorite photo of mine. Probably taken in 2010 shortly after Dave had come back from a deployment. I am so proud to be married to a marine. He gave 20 years to serving our country. Today the USMC celebrates their birthday and I celebrate with them 🎉👏🏽🙌🏽

I loved helping my clients get their home of 30+ years updated and showing ready! I went with this beautiful and simple color palette walls and for the doors and trim.
