After a successful 8-year career in commercial and residential real estate with Merrill Lynch and Prudential, Mark entered the construction and development field, acting as project manager, supervisor, and sales manager for residential subdivisions in the early 90's. e ensuing 30 years, Mark has been responsible for the construction, development, improvement, and rehabilitation of a wide variety of residential and commercial development and construction projects. Development projects have included Single Family and Multi-Family Residential, Class A Office, Medical and Dental buildings, Strip and Freestanding Commercial, Concrete tilt-up and building renovation. Completed projects include condominium development and multifamily housing; single family homes and luxury estates; commercial retail centers and freestanding buildings; class A office buildings; tilt-up industrial buildings; building renovation and adaptive re-use of existing structures, as well as a wide variety of tenant improvements.

On June 10, 2025, Landmark Development Services gained approval for the redevelopment of this site in Riverside County. Concurrent processing of construction drawings during entitlement and demolition of the existing facility in the spring of 2025 will allow the project to break ground shortly.
