The spring market is gaining momentum 🌿

Inventory was up 21% in April, giving buyers more options ~ but with homes still selling at 99% of list price, competition remains strong.

Homes are averaging about 48 days on market, showing steady demand.

What this means: buyers have more opportunity, and with the right strategy, sellers still have the advantage.
