Since 2003, I’ve provided peace of mind in San Diego with my expert home inspection services. Being a homeowner myself, I know exactly what to look for. It’s important for me to stay up-to-date on all the latest information, so I became a Certified Inspector with the California Real Estate Inspection Association and the American Society of Home Inspection, which require ongoing education and confe

rences. I don’t cut corners, and this detailed work ethic earned me the nickname “Thorough Theo.” I even volunteered to perform inspections for flood victims in Louisiana seeking FEMA assistance back in 2016.
