1️⃣ Month with Carson 🥲

- She’s smiling awake now and is more cognizant of the world around her.

- Doing bicycles to make her fart/p**p now has her smiling and laughing 🤷🏽‍♀️

- Tara and I are more in love than ever

- We now completely understand all the cliches that other parents have been telling us are (it’s hard but worth it blah blah blah haha)

- I didn’t realize how many diapers we would actually be changing in a day

- We cheer Carson on when she is able to p**p or fart

- Ziggy is doing a lot better with Carson, but we can tell he is super jealous

- We’re so grateful for all of the handmedowns we’ve received and all the food we’ve been gifted 🥲

- Carson is the sweetest thing and yet, her baby acne is kind of wild hahah

- Carson sleeping on our chest is her favorite (and ours too🤭)

- Tara and I view holidays a bit differently now. We used to not care about decorating or anything like that, but having a kid does make me want to create a more magical space for her.

- We are definitely hitting a new layer of fussiness and everything is always changing. However, we’re doing our best to find a routine and loving every step of the way

I traveled to Northern Nicaragua to join the Surf With Amigas Barrel Riding Clinic after being super inspired with watching the 2024 Paris Olympics and the athletes absolutely SENDING it in Tahiti.

This was an incredible and empowering space where surfers from all backgrounds come together to push limits, cheer each other on, and reconnect with the joy of the ocean. 🌊💛

I sat down with Holly Beck, the founder of , to hear how she went from chasing waves around the world to building a global surf community rooted in courage, connection, and fun. Her story is wild, inspiring, and full of heart. Be sure to check out their instagram page to view what other retreats they have along with their online surf coaching platform! I also interviewed , the 1️⃣ para surfer in the world. She came to this retreat to fine-tune her barrel riding—not just for herself, but to show anyone with a spinal cord injury that the heaviest, most powerful waves are still within reach. Victoria is redefining what’s possible. 🩵🌊
