Congratulations to my amazing clients on the successful closing of their condo at One Rincon Hill — complete with Iconic Bridge, City Skyline views and Private Balcony. It was truly a pleasure working with both of you!

💡 Every transaction brings its own learnings — and sometimes a few unexpected challenges. In this case, One Rincon Hill has ongoing SB800 repair work from a previously funded litigation settlement. Because the work is still in progress, the building is currently considered unwarrantable, meaning most conventional lenders will not finance it without extensive documentation from the HOA.
While cash is often the easiest path for buyers in these situations, my clients preferred to pursue financing. Despite the odds and the strict requirements, we collaborated daily with the lender, addressed every concern, and ultimately secured the approvals needed and an incredibly low interest rate. No one expected a conventional loan to get through — but with highly qualified buyers, strategic positioning, everyone’s partnership and tenacious communication, we crossed the finish line on time and with every goal achieved. It was incredibly rewarding to deliver this win for my clients.
