I’m pleased to share a professional milestone.

After nearly three decades in real estate, I’ve published my first book:

“I Got My Real Estate License… Now What?”

The book reflects on the early stage of building a real estate career and the realities many professionals encounter after licensing.

It’s written to provide perspective for those entering the industry, considering it, or guiding someone who is.

Thank you to those who have supported me along the way.

One thing I’ve noticed over the years in real estate is the moment that happens right after someone earns their license.

The exam is finished — and suddenly the real questions begin.

How do I actually begin building a career?

It’s an important stage of the profession that often isn’t discussed in a practical way.

I’ll be sharing something related to this soon.
