A look at a past project for which we provided a carved stone fireplace, a solid stone-stepped spiral staircase, and an elliptical staircase, carved solid stone tub, and washbasin, as well as Antico Terracotta kitchen ceiling tiles, and thermally broken galvanized painted steel windows and doors.

We’re very grateful to work on projects like this one, which showcase our capabilities and allow us to work with the quality materials and innovative designs we love.

Cooritalia’s Architectural Elements and Windows & Doors divisions collaborated on this distinctive ADU/Pool House addition inspired by the famed Château de La Colle Noire. Reclaimed French terracotta roof tiles provide an authentic historical reference on the exterior. Zola Beige Limestone in a range of finishes was used for interior paving as well as range of carved elements including a fireplace surround and kitchen hood to add detail and character throughout the project.

A look at our custom Windows & Doors in production, crafted for a Northern California project

Shown here: Painted Sapele wood windows and doors, designed and hand crafted in Italy to inspire authenticity, as well as custom painted Cremone door hardware which provide a historic aesthetic, while incorporating modern multipoint locks for security. The project includes hidden, retractable insect screens for homeowner comfort.
