🚴 One of the many things I love about living in San Francisco.

A quick ride across the Golden Gate Bridge and you're climbing Hawk Hill in the Marin Headlands with views like these.

It's easy to take for granted, but having world-class cycling, hiking, beaches, and incredible city views all within a few miles of home is pretty special.

📈 San Francisco Market Update | April 2026

Inventory continued to build in April, giving buyers more options while demand remained steady.

Single family home sales increased 24% month over month, with median pricing rising to around $1.5M and homes still selling at an average of 121% of asking price.

At the same time, pricing trends are becoming more mixed. Some segments are seeing gains, while others are leveling off or adjusting — making strategy and positioning more important than ever.

We’re continuing to see well-prepared homes stand out, while buyers remain selective and move quickly when the right opportunity comes up.

📈 San Francisco Market Update | March 2026

The San Francisco market continues to move fast.

Single family home sales jumped over 40% month over month, while the median sales price climbed to $2.1M with homes averaging 119% of asking price. Condo activity also saw a major surge, with sales up more than 40% and median pricing rising to $1.35M.

Well prepared and properly positioned homes are continuing to attract strong demand, especially in highly desirable neighborhoods with limited inventory.

We’re seeing buyers move decisively, competitive offer situations become more common, and momentum continue to build as we head deeper into the spring market.
