My Valentine’s Day was perfect. First a pickleball lesson with my girls. Then my inaugural trip to@Filoli Gardens wit Bryce, Blaise and Ruby. With only a few days left before Bryce and Ruby’s big move, I was happy they spent some of their Valentine’s Day with Mom. The gardens were impressive but a bit colder than expected. All the flowers were peeking out and seemed to be waiting for March sunshine. We also got to meet Beans, the official garden cat.

As seen on Thursday brokers tour at ’s new listing at 1447 Kains Ave in Berkeley — then later at ”s spectacular view home at 225 Chadbourne in the Crestmont neighborhood of Oakland. Brokers tour is a fun way to see all our esteemed colleagues and lenders out in the wild. Thanks to both agents for the food and drinks — especially Lucy who went all out.

I’m from the suburbs of Chicago—a raving metropolis called Niles. I met two friends when I was 2.5 years old at a Jewish Preschool in Morton Grove. More than 55 years later we always pick up where we left off. thanks to for coming up from LA and .sf and Eddie for always being awesome.

10 year ago I used to work out at boutique gyms. On nice days I’d run the stairs in JM park — 40 stairs, 40 times with 20 pushups between every 10 flights. Humble brag—I did it again today and it was sublime. Thanks for being awesome Oakland.
