Another success story where we were able to get our clients into a beautiful and spacious condo with Hawaii Kai marina views. 👌🏻

Fun fact: This was the first home our clients viewed before the pandemic hit in early 2020. The home was withdrawn from the market soon thereafter. 18 months and numerous showings later, we were able to help our clients sn**ch this home up as soon as it came back on the market. We beat out seven other strong offers and the seller chose us not only because our offer was very clean and strong, but also because we made such a great impression on the seller’s agent back in 2020.
