Here's where rates actually stand right now for Utah homeowners:
🏠 30-Year Fixed: ~6.00% – 6.25%
🏠 15-Year Fixed: ~5.25% – 5.62%
🏠 FHA 30-Year: ~5.37% – 5.50%
🏠 VA 30-Year: ~5.37% – 6.00%
The trend is downward β€” rates are at their lowest point since 2022 and are knocking on the door of sub-6%. That's a very different story than the 7%+ we saw two years ago.
