First sale of 2025! 🎉🏠🔑
A little (abbreviated) story on this sale:
In an unexpected turn of events, we lost out on the first home my client put an offer on. It was devastating, but I kept reminding her that “everything happens for a reason” and that something better was going to come along. It was hard to believe in the moment, but I told her we had to trust that God had a different plan for where she was meant to live.
Skip ahead a week and something better did come along, something WAY better. It was the perfect match for what she had wanted, even MORE so than the home we had “lost out” on. We swiftly pulled together a strong offer the seller couldn’t refuse, and now it’s going to be her forever home! I couldn’t ask for a happier ending or a more perfect home for her! Just look at all those windows!😍
