Here is the honest answer. No.
The buyers shopping right now on the Central Coast are some of the most serious all year. The casual spring browsers have moved on, and the people still looking are ready.

Inventory here is still limited so a well-priced home does not get lost in the noise.
And plenty of these buyers are working toward a specific move-in date. A lot of them want to be settled before the new school year starts, which keeps demand steady straight through summer.

Waiting is not free. It is another mortgage payment, and it is competing with every other home that lists in the fall.
