I’m following the real estate market in my local area. I’m seeing price reductions of up to $150,000, yes $150,000!!! I can’t help but wonder who is advising sellers to list thier homes so high to begin with? The days of ridiculous over-pricing are gone. A tiny bit of research will tell you we are not there anymore.
