At the beginning of the year I set a pretty ambitious goal to help as many friends and family as I could with their real estate needs and eclipse $10 million in closed sales.
As Q2 comes to a close I can say that I am officially halfway there! I have helped 18 families/individuals buy or sell their homes so far this year! I do not buy leads, I do not cold call, I do not door knock. My leads come from YOU GUYS, my family and friends. 🫶🏽 Not much makes me more happy then when I get a DM, text or call from one of you referring me to one of your family or friends or interested in buying or selling yourself.
The excitement at the closing table, the wide eyes when you walk into a home and get those feels that it’s “The One,” the Housewarming parties, the home photo updates I get, the messages I get from you guys with referrals or inquires for yourself… that is why I do what I do. Whether you’re in San Marcos, New Braunfels, Giddings, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi or anywhere in between… I am here for you! 🤓
