🌶️ Easy Cauldron Slow Cooker Chili
Prep time: 10 mins | Cook time: 4-6 hours | Servings: 6-8
Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Beef or Turkey (browned & drained)
1 can (15 oz) Kidney Beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can (15 oz) Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes (with juices)
1 can (8 oz) Tomato Sauce
1 cup Beef or Vegetable Broth
1 Small Yellow Onion, diced
1 Bell Pepper (red or green), diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Brown the meat: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat with the diced onion and garlic until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Fill the cauldron: Add the cooked meat mixture to your slow cooker along with the remaining ingredients (beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, bell pepper, and spices). Stir well to combine.
Brew on low: Cover with the cauldron lid and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours (or HIGH for 3-4 hours), letting all those rich autumn flavors meld together.
Serve & Customize: Ladle into bowls and load up with your favorite toppings! 🧀🥑
