Yikes, found this during an inspection today! 🥵 Improperly vented attics can severely shorten the lifespan of roof shingles. It also creates excess moisture which can lead to attic mold and mildew. This temp. should read within 10degrees of outside temperature which at the time of inspection was 70degrees.
