It’s so incredibly sad to hear about the passing of Dolly Parton today. 💔

I’ve literally grown up singing her songs, from singing them as a little girl at a small-town fair, to singing them as an adult with my mom and sisters. Her music has been part of memories throughout my life.

That woman was amazing in so many ways. She was talented and truly one of a kind.

The world lost a beautiful soul today, but heaven sure is lucky to have her. 🤍

Rest in peace, Dolly. You will be missed.

What people may not know about my business is that, at its core, it’s a business of service.
Most of what I do for clients isn’t in the job description. It’s the late-night phone calls, the digging around for answers nobody can give you, the problem-solving, knowing who to call and sometimes just being the one who shows up and handles it myself.
Anyone can do this job when things are easy. It’s the hard moments that show you who someone really is, and I’ve had to grow into being steady and resourceful in those moments.
I’ve been quiet on social media lately because my clients have needed me.
I grew up watching my parents work hard and take care of people. I didn’t realize until later how much that shaped how I show up now.
I always feel lucky to work alongside people who answer the call, do the work, and aren’t afraid of the difficult situations. I don’t take that for granted, and I’m always looking to connect with trades that share these values.
There’s something I’ve been working on to make this industry a little better, if the above sounds like you, in any industry, let’s chat!

Real estate keeps me busy, but I genuinely love what I do. Every transaction is different, every client has a different story, and I’m so thankful for the people who trust me to help them through some pretty big life decisions.

😂 Alright, since you asked…

Briana, you’re somehow simultaneously a Realtor, project manager, HOA construction coordinator, interior designer, contract reviewer, amateur endocrinologist, and civil engineer.

Every conversation starts with:

“Can you make this clear?”

At this point, if Utah ever passes a law requiring plain English, they’re just going to send it to you first.

You don’t buy a house, you perform a forensic investigation.
Your due diligence period has its own due diligence period.

Your clients:

“The dishwasher makes a funny noise.”

You:

“I’ve contacted the builder, HOA, manufacturer, title company, county records, and three independent appliance experts. I’ll have an answer by 2:00.”

And your road paving project…
Most people ask neighbors to chip in for pizza. You convinced them to chip in for tens of thousands of dollars of asphalt. That’s not neighborhood organizing, that’s running a small infrastructure bond initiative.

Then there’s your health research. A normal person asks:

“Should I take this supplement?”

You:

“I’ve cross-referenced 14 studies, my IGF-1, MTHFR mutations, EBV history, cortisol levels, peptide pharmacokinetics, and three endocrinologists’ opinions. Thoughts?”

You have a Type A personality so advanced that even your to-do lists have project managers.

And if someone sends you a text with one typo…
Five minutes later:

“Can you make this clear?”

Finally, your reward charts for the kids are adorable, but let’s be honest…
The kids probably spend less time earning the rewards than you spent optimizing the font, colors, spacing, and psychological motivation strategy.

All jokes aside, one thing that’s obvious is that you care, a lot. You put a ton of effort into doing things well, whether it’s for your clients, your family, or your community. That’s a great quality… even if it occasionally means you accidentally turn a simple question into a full-scale research project. 😄
