We want to give a "Shout Out" to our most recent client!

She is a 21-year-old woman has been working as a welder at Caterpillar for a year. She's been saving money like no young person tends to do. Working night shifts and as many overtime hours as she can to be able to afford her own home!

As we walked through many homes on our journey, she carried a notebook, asked questions, did the math to determine her monthly payment, and was extremely practical in her wants and needs.

We found a small starter home with a new roof, upgraded interior, new HVAC, water heater, septic tank, and much more. As veteran home buyers know, anything can happen once you buy a house but being careful in your choices to hopefully avoid issues in the near future is a very savvy move!
