Between these guys and Zillow (and others) with their deceptive practices...hopefully this is the end of the "iBuyer" programs where companies buy your home for *under* market price and charge meaningful fees. It's the same thing as those Cash for Homes ads. Quick and easy close but you make less money than using a Realtor!
