Sometimes inspiration comes from the most unexpected places. 🌿

A beautiful paella dinner at a new restaurant in Austin sparked a whole new idea after I spotted their gorgeous, oversized olive trees in pots.

I’ve been curious about growing olive trees indoors for a while, especially using a self‑watering setup. After seeing those trees, I decided it was time to give it a try.

I’ve had great success with self‑watering geraniums on the front porch, so now I’m curious to see how these two olive trees do indoors.

I’ll be sharing how the experiment goes, so stay tuned!
