🛑Homeowners of a new construction home that’s less than a year old🛑

It is typical for home builders to offer the new homeowner a 1- year warranty. This warranty usually covers structural & poor workman like damages/ defects.

Here at Masters, we like to schedule the warranty inspection around the 11 month mark. By performing the inspection around month 11, it allows our client to provide the report to the builder/ construction manager in ample amount of time for corrections to be made.
