As a proud member of the NeighborWorks America network, we're part of nearly 250 nonprofits working in every state, D.C., and Puerto Rico to make safe, affordable housing possible. This NeighborWorks Week, we're celebrating two milestones close to our hearts: 40 years of Homewise and 45 years of NeighborWorks and the belief that's connected us the whole way, that strong homes build strong communities.

Applications are now open for the 2026 Livable Santa Fe Fellowship!

This four-month, stipended leadership and advocacy program brings together community members, professionals, and civic leaders who want to help shape a more affordable, sustainable, and livable Santa Fe for everyone.

Through speaker series events, strategy sessions, and hands-on community engagement, fellows will build skills, connections, and real-world advocacy experience around housing and livability issues.

✨ $500 stipend upon completion
✨ Open to anyone passionate about Santa Fe’s future
