I have had buyers that thought they couldn't qualify to buy a home here in Santa Maria.

Time and time, my clients come to me after being told by friends, family or significant other "you have to have really good credit" or "you have to have 20% down" to buy a house. Credit wasn't perfect. Down payment felt impossible. Ready to give up, but one conversation with me changed it all.

But I didn't rush any of my buyers. We built a plan. Fixed what needed fixing. Found the right loan program for each of them. Took it step by step.

Then we found there home, made offers, and BAM, they got keys. 🔑
