Eglin Air Force Base will conduct munitions testing in the Gulf Feb. 9-13 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day, according to a base announcement.
All vessels are required to remain clear of the active hazard area during the tests.
The hazard zone begins approximately 13 nautical miles southwest of the Destin pass and extends northeast to Santa Rosa Island.
The Eglin Joint Test and Training Operations Control Center will broadcast advisories and local notice to mariners on Channel 16 and on HF upper sideband 2182 KHZ.
