Today was a special day. Today I got to tell a client (turned family) that they get to start their next chapter in life, Retirement. A couple of years ago we discussed him wanting to retire and the future plan of a business sale in 3-5 years. But less than 4 months after that I was told to list it! It’s been a crazy year and a half but we found the perfect buyer and I’m very honored to have had the pleasure to represent both parties. From landlord approval and lease assignment, to contingencies based on buyer selling out of state home, to helping secure and negotiate seller financing, this transaction was all gas no breaks, and today officially Bavarian Performance has a new owner. And while Dave may now be retired, don’t be surprised if you still see him onsite under a hood or two.

Congratulations to both seller and buyer. It was a pleasure working with you both, and I look forward to the continued success of BP!
