Starting to come together!! Major renovation on Lake Toxaway. Beautiful steep location. Originally built in 1978, removed all totten railroad ties and block retaining walls, replaced with poured walls, adding many for additional space. Demo down to the studs inside and out. Removed roofing, new SIPs on roof. Interesting project!!

Our current Job total renovation with additional space added to all sides on Lake Toxaway. Build in 78, needed lots of help. Beautiful location!

Job shaping up nicely after what appeared like an explosion of dirt..remove and replace all rail ties...replace with concrete walls that will be veneered in stone. Adding to front and back along with new garage. Will be a very lovely home on Lake Toxaway.
