Thrilled for my buyers, Marsha and Eric. We looked at dozens of homes over many months, made offers on several, and actually contracted on two (didn't work out due to inspection and appraisal issues). Lots of hiccups along the way made the outcome uncertain, but persistence paid off, and the third time was the charm. Now these artists have a canvas to make their own, with NO HOA rules and, better yet, no more rent!! At times the process was discouraging, but we got to that finish line together!
