Sitting here doing an open house in a great boating community on the Manatee River called Tidewater Preserve. The best thing about my job is meeting great people from all over the country and hearing why they moved to our beautiful area.

I have lived in Sarasota/Bradenton since 1975.....yes I am that old, and have been selling real estate for 12 years here after a successful career in Medical Marketing. I started selling real estate in 2006 right when everything “hit the fan” here. I was able to weather the storm and now I am seeing our area grow and grow. It’s a little scary, but we have been underdeveloped for years. It’s our turn.
