We were able to help our out of state buyer purchase this home without ever even needing to buy a plane ticket! His new home is ready and waiting for him when he arrives. Next up, helping him purchase some investment properties!

A brand new kitchen in a brand new home! We closed this new construction home for a first-time home buyer last month. New home purchases are a lot different from resale purchases. In many ways they are easier, however, it's extremely important to have an agent representing you in the transaction, as the sales agents are representing the builder and looking out for their best interest. Not only can an agent help you negotiate your purchase but we know what to look for and can help catch errors and protect your transaction.
