Awesome event, always fun smashing some clays. Ryder Retreats teamed up with 3/8 and Co, LLC for a Suncoast Builders Association sporting clay shooting tournament. Weather was beautiful and all the teams had a great time. Challenging course yet fun. Always love doing these events and networking with great people

Suncoast Builders Association doing big things to help fill the need for skilled trades. We are experiencing a shortage in skilled trades workers. Average age is nearing retirement age. We need to create opportunities for our younger generation to step into careers that ai can't do.

🔥 Ryder Retreats had a great time at the Suncoast Builders Association Annual Chili Cook-Off!
The competition was fierce and there were some absolutely amazing entries. Judging was no easy task because everyone’s chili tasted so good! It made for a fun and flavorful day surrounded by talented builders and great people.
Beyond the chili, it was a fantastic networking event and a great opportunity to connect with others in the industry. Congratulations to the winners — your titles were well deserved!
We were also excited to bring one of our custom Ryder Retreats builds for judges and participants to walk through. It was great seeing everyone explore the possibilities of what a custom mobile unit can be.
Events like this remind us how strong and supportive our building community is. Looking forward to next year! 🌶️🏆
