Debbie is deeply involved in numerous non-profit organizations across the Gulf Coast of Florida, demonstrating her commitment to community and industry leadership. She currently holds the role of Vice President with the Suncoast Builders Association and is slated to take on the presidency in 2025. Within the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee County, Debbie serves pivotal roles in several committees, including leadership positions in the RASM Realtors Charitable Foundation and contributions to organizing the RASM Annual Conference. Debbie championed the first-ever Women Build Day for Habitat for Humanity Sarasota, is a member of Impact 100 and Sisterhood for Good, and is a past Lakewood Ranch Community Foundation Board Member.
