This month I had the honor of being printed in not one but TWO major magazines. ⁣
⁣
as one of the states Top Agents and the printing of the previously announced National Association of Realtors 30 under 30 realtors. ⁣
⁣
The message I want to share in regards to these honors is that NO ONE SUCCEEDS ALONE. I hope every time I’m able to accomplish something worth talking about the people that helped me get there feel a part of that success. ⁣
⁣
When I started in this industry, my goal wasn’t ever to make the most money, to sell the most houses or to be the most well known agent. I wanted to show up everyday with the opportunity to be the best version of myself and achieve that in a way that brought fulfillment. I also wanted an opportunity to play my role in helping others do the same for themselves and their families. ⁣

Today I feel closer than ever; and for that I’m grateful beyond measure 💙❤️💙❤️⁣
⁣
My final thought is my observation on the funny thing about awards. These honors are a result of work done in the past, meaning I was already the person being celebrated before the recognition around the world was there. I share that for those on every part of the journey as some of the people doing the greatest work don’t receive the same platform/recognition ⁣

For those who have asked “What’s Next” I plan for the work I’m doing and the person I’m becoming today to show up in impactful and lasting ways. I’ll never take my position for granted 🏡📶🤞🏽💙

Last week this time I was wrapping up an awesome day of learning and networking at Alchemy of Money Live in Alexandria VA. ⁣

Our morning was centered around identifying what needed to be done next in our financial journeys to make wealth building more actionable. ⁣
⁣
The second half of the day was spent with panels of world class coaches, investor and top real estate agents/investors who shared their knowledge and experiences investing in residential, commercial and private opportunities. ⁣
⁣
Three of the day’s speakers were previous NAR 30 Under 30 Winners , so we made sure to get this picture together. ⁣
⁣

I’m also nostalgic right now, so I want to say thanks again to all of the people that have been supporters from the start of my RE Journey. ⁣

A journey is what’s it’s been. ⁣

And although to me this feels like a story book ending in some ways, I’m happy that instead we are just getting started. ⁣

Congratulations to my client Anna on the purchase of her first home 🏡 🥳

After a couple months of searching and a couple contracts that fell through (Not our fault 😂🙃) we came across an awesome opportunity in Baltimore County.

Anna is one of the hardest working people that I’ve recently had the chance to meet working three jobs while finishing up school and working through an internship she still found the time to dedicate to making her home ownership goals possible.
