Here’s a great way to end the year and start a new one. I helped a disabled veteran buy this lovely home as he turns the page on a new beginning. He’s ecstatic to start off in his own place for the first time in years with his health improving. It was truly my pleasure to help him and see his happiness through the whole process. I thank him for his service and the chance to be part of his fresh new start!

Sometimes things just work out better than expected! The seller of this historic home was cleaning out literal tons of items left by her late husband and an antique shop they had operated in a separate building on this commercially zoned property. But it was tough work, her health wasn’t great, and even with her sister’s help, it was dragging on. We set the price well, followed with superb marketing, and got an offer way above asking price within days. And the buyer was willing to take the property as is, and finish cleaning out the remaining items. What a relief for my seller!

Sold a ”few” days ago. What a journey for these sellers! From one buyer, to “time is of the essence,” to a 48-hour contingency, to a new buyer. Oh yeah, and yet a third buyer who went rogue and tried to bypass their agent and contacted the sellers online. Glad we were able to finally close here so they could close on their new home out of state. Congratulations!
