Looking for a Local CPA Recommendation! 📊

We are looking to connect with a local CPA or accounting firm with strong experience in business acquisitions, business sales, mergers & acquisitions, and transaction tax planning.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who understands more than traditional tax preparation and has expertise in:

• Buying and selling businesses
• Mergers & acquisitions
• Business valuation and transaction structuring
• Capital gains tax planning and reduction strategies
• Tax-efficient structuring of business purchases and sales
• Asset vs. stock/equity transactions
• Due diligence and financial analysis
• Working with business owners and entrepreneurs through major transactions

A strong understanding of proactive tax planning before a transaction is especially important.

We're excited to share that the City of Sauk Rapids has officially approved all of the businesses that will call 920 Golden Spike Road home! With every tenant now officially approved, we couldn't be more excited to see this vision become a reality.
