First things first, don’t panic!

Almost every home inspection uncovers something, even in newer homes. A long inspection report doesn’t necessarily mean you’re buying a bad house!

The key is knowing which issues deserve your attention and which ones are simply routine maintenance.

✅ Focus on major concerns like the roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, and safety issues.

✅ Don’t let minor repairs overshadow everything you love about the home.

✅ Know your options! Depending on your purchase agreement, you may be able to negotiate repairs, request a credit, or walk away.
