We’ll capture and organize the important information about each property and turn it into a dedicated AI agent your guests and team can use for instant answers — WiFi, parking, appliances, house information, troubleshooting and all the little details that normally end up buried in messages or someone’s head.

Had a great meet up and networking event with some short term rental specialists, investors, and owner/operators at the Savannah REIA Network. Special thanks to the team and for letting me have some time on stage. Looking forward to the next one.

It was great to have a chance to share the benefits of Berties Home to Property Managers and Shor Term Rental owners in how they can save time and money. Live demos really showed them the future of the industry. A personal concierge for the guests is what they loved!!
