As a young girl, I would accompany my Aunt Jane to work at this building. While she did real things, I would pretend to play office or color (the typical tasks to keep a young child occupied). As I grew older that then evolved to earning a small pay for misc jobs such as filing, cleaning and even weeding landscape. Many hours spent learning life lessons of hard work and grit. 30 years later to come back to this same property that had so many wonderful memories was truly humbling. ❤️

I had the opportunity to represent some very special client/friends, on purchasing each of their new dream homes!

Both parties serendipitously reached out to me around the same time, each for different reasons, to help them find a new home.

The stars aligned and we were able to find the most perfect home in the one neighborhood they had always dreamed of living… while at the same time they had the perfect townhome for my first time buyer! We were able to negotiate an easy “off market” transaction which allowed this first time buyer a chance at his dream of owning a home, in an investor saturated cash buyer market.

These are truly the moments that make me absolutely love my career! We in Real Estate endure long hours and many thankless efforts, for the opportunity to create memorable life moments for our clients. For me it has become a passion and purpose in offering a way to give to others.
