Parental leave has officially begun, friends! 💙

This momma is hanging up her Realtor hat for a little while and soaking in every precious moment with the newest member of SST Realty, baby Sisou Strong Thilavanh. 🫶🏽

I’ll be back to helping New Jersey families buy, sell, and invest in homes toward the end of October after taking the time to heal, recover, and enjoy these irreplaceable newborn moments.

I also want to give a huge thank you to my amazing friends at Movement Mortgage, especially Peter Best NMLS #1992367 - Movement Mortgage! Peter surprised me with the most beautiful bouquet after Sisou made his grand entrance on August 4, 2026, at 9:37 PM.

SST Realty’s sweet boy arrived at just 37 weeks weighing an incredible 8 lbs. 11 oz., already proving he’s going to do everything BIG! 🤣💙

Moments like this are exactly why I love referring my clients to Movement Mortgage. They’re more than a lender—they genuinely care about the people they work with, and that kind of relationship means everything to me. Well... it’s been a HOT minute since I’ve posted on SST Realty! 😅

Where have I been? Balancing amazing clients, growing this not-so-little baby boy in my belly, and chasing after my three toddlers (identical twin girls and my energetic little guy). Mom life + Realtor life = never a dull moment!

Even though my social media has slowed down, this Realtor definitely hasn’t. I’ve still been showing homes, writing offers, negotiating contracts, and helping families find their perfect place to call home.

So I figured I’d pop in and show you what Baby Sisou Strong Thilavanh (SST) looks like these days... and let’s just say, he’s making sure everyone knows he’s in there! 😂

We’ve officially hit the first step toward labor (bye-bye, mucus plug 👋), and we’re preparing for preterm labor. But for today? I’m squeezing in a showing, writing an offer, and praying my water doesn’t decide to break in the middle of showing a house! 🤣🏡

So... hello again, friends from SST Realty! This is what mompreneur, Realtor, and very pregnant life looks like these days—and I wouldn’t have it any other way! ❤️

Green Brook... we still have no power, and it’s already back up to 80 degrees. Please be careful out there. ❤️

The hardest part? I’m 8 months pregnant, trying to keep three asthmatic toddlers cool, and we have one very fluffy dog who’s definitely feeling this heat too.

With it being the 4th of July, so many places are closed, which makes this even more challenging.

For now, it looks like we’ll be surviving with cold baths, lots of water, and hoping the power comes back on soon. 🙏

If you’re without power too, check on your neighbors, stay hydrated, and do whatever you can to keep cool.

A lot of buyers are waiting because they think:
