Apparently I’ve been busy selling houses and didn’t have time to keep up with my rankings…

I already shared March, but I just found out that after being ranked #1 in Illinois for transactions in March, I was ranked #5 in Illinois for transactions in April with eXp Realty.

Considering there are about 3,000 agents in Illinois, I’m incredibly grateful to my clients, friends, clients who became friends, and everyone who continues to trust and refer me!

In a multiple-offer situation, the highest offer isn’t always the strongest offer.

Terms matter:
• financing
• contingencies
• timelines
• inspection language
• appraisal terms
• closing costs
• attorney review items
• and the overall strength of the buyer

There’s a lot more to evaluating an offer than just the purchase price, and helping clients navigate those decisions is where experience really matters.

Just finished putting out Memorial Day flags throughout my marketing area.

If you’re not in my marketing area but still want one, you can usually find me at Panera most mornings… probably with a car full of flags like some sort of very patriotic undercover operation.

Great Mother’s Day weekend spent with my kids in Chattanooga… but in my world real estate doesn’t take a holiday.

While I was away, my buyers found a house they loved at an open house, and I was still able to negotiate the offer, guide everything behind the scenes, and get the home under contract from Tennessee.

Real estate doesn’t always happen from behind my office desk. Sometimes it happens while sitting in an airport!

Just Leased in The Exceptional Community ( Elk Grove Villages tagline).

Great to see a new kids boxing studio coming into Elk Grove Village—right next to Real Time Sports in Belvedere Plaza, which makes it a perfect fit for the area. I represented the landlord in securing a three-year lease for this retail space! Great to have new small businesses in The Exceptional Community!
