For just $10 per entry, you could win a beautiful 5 bed / 3 bath, 3,554 sq ft, 2-story single-family home in Schertz, Texas valued at approximately $540,000.

🎁 Prize Details
There will be 1 winner no matter what.
If at least 60,000 paid/eligible entries are received by the closing date:
The Grand Prize is the single-family home in Schertz, Texas described above (the “Property”), awarded to one verified winner, subject to the Official Rules and standard real-estate closing with a Texas title company/closing attorney.
If fewer than 55,000 paid/eligible entries are received by the closing date:
The Property will not be awarded.
One verified winner will instead receive a cash prize equal to 50% of the total entry payments received (“Reduced Cash Prize”).
The sweepstakes platform will keep its normal service fee (currently expected to be about 10–15% of total entry payments), and any remaining funds after prize and platform fees are retained by the sponsor.

Purchasing will NOT increase your chances of winning versus entering for free. All entries, paid and free, have the same chance of winning.
2️⃣ Free Entry by Postcard (No Purchase)
To enter for free without making any purchase or payment:
Hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the words, along with you generated code to the address on raffal sweepstake link.
“Schertz Texas Home Sweepstakes Entry”
on a plain 3" x 5" postcard or card.
Mail it in a sealed, stamped envelope to:

Free mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than May 4, 2026 and received by [e.g., May 9, 2026] to be eligible.
Each properly completed and received postcard will count as one (1) entry in the sweepstakes, the same as a paid entry. No purchase is required to enter by mail. Limit total number of entries per person as stated in the Official Rules.
⚖️ Official Rules (Abbreviated)
Sponsor: This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Lxs_Fuentes (“Sponsor”).
Location of Property: A single-family residential home in Schertz, Texas (exact address/legal description provided only to the winner at closing).
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $540,000 (Property option).
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of [allowed jurisdictions – e.g., the United States, excluding where prohibited] who are [18]+ at time of entry. Void where prohibited.
Number of Winners: One (1).
Odds of Winning: Depend on the total number of eligible entries received (paid and free combined). Purchasing will not increase your odds of winning.
Minimum Entry Threshold: 55,000 paid/eligible entries by May 4, 2026 at 2:00 PM CT.
If threshold is met or exceeded → winner gets the Property (subject to all conditions).
If threshold is not met → winner gets Reduced Cash Prize = 50% of total entry payments; Property is not awarded.
Taxes & Costs: Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and any costs/expenses associated with accepting and using the prize that are not expressly stated as being covered by the Sponsor.
Property Transfer: If the Property is awarded, title is transferred via standard Texas real-estate closing. The Property is conveyed “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with no warranties other than those required by law or stated in the closing documents.
Winner Selection: One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries (paid and free) received, conducted by or through the sweepstakes platform after the close of the Promotion. The winner must respond to notification within the time stated in the Official Rules and complete any required verification/closing documents. If the potential winner fails to respond or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, winner consents to the use of their name, city/state, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Release: By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the sweepstakes platform, and their owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims or liability arising out of participation or prize use, except to the extent prohibited by law.
Governing Law: The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Harris County, Texas.
