Yesterday was one for the books. 🏡🌲

An Adirondack home tour with my buyers took us from the quiet shores of Mountain View Lake in Owls Head, to Fish Pond and Upper Saranac Lake, over to Lake Harris in Newcomb, and finally to Schroon Lake.

One of my favorite parts of real estate is that every showing is also an opportunity to showcase the incredible places we call home. From crystal-clear lakes and mountain views to hidden gems tucked away in the woods, the Adirondacks never disappoint.

Eight years.

Eight years of scrolling listings, viewing houses, changing plans, adjusting expectations, and wondering if the right place would ever come along.

Today, it finally did.

Congratulations to Brian Ledger and family on closing on a home that wasn’t just worth the wait, it was meant for them. Through every market shift, every “almost,” every setback, and every season of life in between, he never gave up on the dream of homeownership.

Watching him sit on the front steps of his home with his family is a reminder that sometimes the best stories aren’t the fastest ones. They’re the ones built on patience, perseverance, and faith that the right door will eventually open.
