Quick trip to LA to catch the Sabres take on the Kings 🦬🏒
Awesome arena, tons of Sabres fans, and a big 4-1 win to keep the wagon rolling! Even better we got to see Zach Benson (the boys’ favorite) score right in front of us 🙌

Explored the city a bit too… not all a boys trip (maybe 95% 😄). We took Bailey to Rodeo Drive and of course a stop by the Father of the Bride house as it’s one of her favorite movies 🎬

Great trip all around, Let’s Go Sabres, playoff push is on 🔥

From meeting their favorite YouTube golfers & personalities at Good Good… to country music, and then the Waste Management Open watching stars like Bijan Robinson and following Scottie Scheffler, it’s one of the best weeks of the year in Phoenix.
Best moment? Owen drained two 40-foot putts in a Waste Management competition and won a fully customized putter from Cool Clubs for FREE! He’s now deep in the Scotty Cameron catalog deciding what to build 😂🏆 So many great memories in one amazing golf week!

📈 Sold-to-list ratio remains strong at 97.3%, meaning sellers are still getting close to asking price
⏱ Average time on market is 85 days which means buyers have a bit more time to make a decision compared to last year
