We're seeing some interesting changes in the Phoenix housing market this week, and I want to talk about what they actually mean for you.

📈 Active listings have climbed to **28,837 homes**.

🏡 **1,344 homes closed** in the last week.

💰 The median sales price is holding steady at **$450,000**.

So what does this tell us?

Buyers have more homes to choose from, which can create opportunities to negotiate on price, repairs, and seller concessions.

But here's what I don't want sellers to overlook: **homes are still selling!** With more competition on the market, pricing your home correctly and making a strong first impression are more important than ever.
