I hope 2024 is off to a great start for everyone!

We're predicting a robust Real Estate market in 2024 (and maybe a return to increased competition & lower inventory), be ready! Interest rates have dipped (from nearly 8% to mid 6s), there's pent-up demand (buyers have been on hold for a bit), the stock market rallied at the end of 2023, we're expecting more rates cuts in '24, people & business continue to move to the Valley, and so on.
