He formed Spherical Studios LLC - an AZ Virtual Reality company to allow other Realtors to utilize their groundbreaking SpheriView® platform. Spherical Studios provides a full range of services relating to the creation of Live Action Virtual Reality content. We specialize in real estate virtual reality experiences.
Based in Scottsdale, AZ, Spherical Studios began operations in September 2012. It
was originally established as the entity RAE Management, LLC with the mission of finding innovative complete solutions for the management of investor owned properties, with its primary focus being the servicing of properties owned by RAE Desert Properties. By far the most innovative idea RAE Management had was to use virtual reality for the marketing of our properties. Since no one was doing this it would put us in a totally unique position. We put considerable time and resources into building the infrastructure to support the creation of virtual reality real estate experiences. With the growing interest in VR, we quickly realized the idea of using VR to sell real estate or grow businesses should not just be an internal tool for a small real estate fund. In June of 2015 we changed our name to Spherical Studios, LLC and began the task of commercializing our internal procedures. Spherical Studios services were first made available to the public in September 2015.
