Originally from Venezuela, South America Peggy has a very diverse background. She has lived in extremely hot climates as well as lived in the cold arctic of Alaska. She understands the complexities involved in living in different cultures and communities. She attended Tulane University and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Alaska Pacific University in Anchorage, Alaska. She is also a graduate from both the Scottsdale School of Real Estate in Arizona as well as the Real Estate School in Alaska. Peggy currently holds real estate licenses in both Arizona and Alaska. Prior to joining Realty Executives, Peggy was a Realtor and a Relocation Counselor in Scottsdale, specializing in real estate, relocation benefits and service delivery coordination. Peggy’s experience also includes working at Dynamic Properties in Anchorage, Alaska for eight years where she was a Consistent Top Producer. Additionally, Peggy worked as a Realtor at Fortune Properties for over four years and was awarded “Rookie of the Year” in 1996. As an active member of her community, Peggy volunteered her time to many charitable organizations. During her tenure as a volunteer for the Anchorage Hispanic Community, she organized and successfully led the pubic relations campaign to ensure accessibility to the Spanish network. She received a First Place Aurora Award in Crisis Communication and an Award of Excellence in Advocacy Writing
